2012 Event Cancellation Form
In an effort to help out our students with extenuating circumstances, Penguin will credit 50% of the tuition and equipment rental fees to a future event for anyone who faxes in this form by the day before the missed event. The future event must be in the same calendar year as the original reservation. For racer practice riders, this from must also be faxed in no later than the day before the event.
The only exception to this rule is for rental bike cancellations, which cannot be refunded or transferred for late cancellations (less than 10 days prior to an event) under any circumstances. Rental bike insurance is 100% refundable for both cancelled or missed reservations.
For a refund of all fees (minus a $20 administrative fee):
This form must be received at least 30 days prior to an event.
To transfer 100% of tuition, practice, equipment rental and bike rental fees:
This form must be received at least 10 days prior to an event.
To transfer 50% of tuition and equipment rental fees:
This form must be received no later than the day before the event.
To transfer 50% of racer practice fees:
