2012 Event Cancellation
Schools and Track Days
The Penguin Racing School has created a new, more rider friendly cancellation policy for our 2011 school and track day events. Most schools do not offer any refunds for late reservations or no-shows. In an effort to help out our students with extenuating circumstances, Penguin will credit 50% of the tuition and equipment rental fees to a future event for anyone who faxes in a cancallation form by the day of a missed event. The future event must be in the same calendar year as the original reservation.
Practice
For racer practices, riders may transfer a portion (up to 100% depending on cancellation date) of the practice fee up to the day before the practice event. Riders must call and leave a message or email info@penguinracing.com to request this transfer.
Rental Bikes
Rental bikes cannot be refunded or transferred to a future event for late cancellations (less than 10 days prior to an event) under any circumstances. Rental bike insurance is 100% refundable for both cancelled or missed reservations.

Summary of cancellation time lines - school events
For a refund of all fees (minus a $20 administrative fee):
The cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to an event.
To transfer 100% of tuition, equipment rental and bike rental fees:
The cancellation must be received at least 10 days prior to an event to be able to transfer to another event. Riders can transfer 100% of the tuition to another rider up to the day before an event.
To transfer 50% of tuition and equipment rental fees:
The cancellation form must be received no later than the day before an event.

The cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to an event.
To transfer 100% of practice fees to a future 2011 event:
The cancellation must be received at least 10 days prior to an event.
To transfer 50% of tuition and equipment rental fees:
The cancellation must be received at least by the day before the event.
